FAN CAST: Sinestro

A choice a little out of left field!

Ozymandias has given us a poll of possible Sinestro castings. I have to say Jason Isaacs is by far the best choice. But as much as I like him, I would rather see him as Mr Sinister. He could do a Reynolds and play both, but I thought of another actor to take the mantle of Hal's mentor/nemesis...



...Luke Goss. He has shown his ability to play a worthy adversary more than once and I think could easily pull off this role if Jason Isaacs misses out.

hmmm, maybe, hes not a bad choice but i see him more as namor, i still say hugo weaving

I believe Luke Goss would be more than capable of pulling this role off. He's already proved himself in roles such as Jared Nomak in Blade II and Prince Nuada in Hellboy II.

I think Goss would be able to definitely pull it off. Inspired choice my friend!

But yep, Goss for Namor and Isaacs for Sinestro! (Though I don't have a problem with someone playing a Marvel and DC character)

it would be interesting to see a younger take on sinestro but i believe in being gaithful to the source material.
if goss was a bit older i would say yes because he can play a downright sinister and freaky villain but i have to go isaacs on this one.
don't watch harry potter for a chance to see isaacs get evil. watch the patriot!

I'm not going to get into a whole argument over Goss and Namor, but suffice to say I couldn't care less what you think about Goss as Namor, considering who you want for the role.

I think Goss is a little old now to play Namor! I want a guy in his mid 30's. I think he could pull off Sinestro but like the majority here i think Isaacs is the best choice for Sinestro!

NightAvenger4 - Isaacs is my 1st choice too, but then he is my 1st choice for most villains! Just thought I'd throw this guy in as a back up!
