I'd also like to bring attention to the prior 4 Giant-size origins: Banshee, Nightcrawler, Colossus and Forge (replacing Thunderbird)

THE STORY
A long, long time ago
Ayesha, a white-haired African sorceress, discovers, to the delight of her tribe, that she can control the weather. She is hailed as their queen, as are her matrilineal ancestors.
Present day
A Kenyan tribal princess N’Dare (who lacks the white hair of her ancestor) and American photographer David Munroe meet and fall in love in Kenya. She leaves the life of a princess to move to New York City with her new husband. Ororo Munroe is born in New York City. When Ororo is six months old, she and her parents move to the Egyptian capital of Cairo. Five years later, a fighter jet crashes into her parents’ house, killing them. Buried under tons of rubble, Ororo survives but is orphaned and left with intense claustrophobia. After the death of her parents, Ororo wanders Cairo's back-alleys for a few weeks, until she is picked up by the benign street lord Achmed el-Gibar and becomes a prolific thief. Traveling in order to mend a broken heart is a young Charles Xavier (Cam Gigandet, still walking). Ororo, still young and not yet aware of her dormant mutation, picks the traveler's pocket. Before he can react his mind is zapped, and for a moment drops to the ground. Ororo is able to escape.
In his mind, he is confronted by the Shadow King, a mutant in the body of Amahl Farouk, an Egyptian crime lord. King sensed the power of Ororo will soon possess and wishes to bring her under his control. The telepathic power of King is so great he can feel it. He senses the same power within Charles, who has yet to tap his full potential. King explains he is after the girl and believes the same of Charles. After a discussion of philosophies and a quick battle in which Xavier loses, the future headmaster wakes up far away from Egypt unaware of how he got there.
Back in Egypt, Ororo grows older, unaware she is stalked by the Shadow King. After her mentor is killed by King (in secret), she wanders into the Serengeti and meets T’Challa while on he is on his Wakandan walkabout rite of passage. His enemy, the leader of his rival tribe, who wished to kill the prince in order to command both tribes, followed him.
We see the enemy, M'Baku, kill and gain superhuman powers by consuming the flesh of a sacred white gorilla, enchanting him through the mystical transference of the abilities of the rare Wakandan white gorilla.
He is soundly defeated by the 2 after Ororo is buried under a massive amount of rubble. She flips out and discovers her powers.
The two broke off their relationship due to his desire to avenge his father's death and to become the type of man who could suitably lead Wakanda. Ororo loses her virginity to T'Challa before they part.
She wanders, lost, for days. A tribe is famished from the drought and she brings a downpour for which they are grateful. She is worshipped as a rain goddess until the return of the Shadow King.
Having an extremely strong will, King, making note of this has a difficult time trying to break her. After a long grueling battle that blows the audience away, she drives King into the astal plain where is stuck. Days later, Professor X (Daniel Craig, now crippled), recruits her and she accepts.
Things the movie would have to cover...
***Storm's ancestry supports the use of magic and witchcraft. Many of her ancestors were sorceresses and priestesses. Storm's matrilineal powers have even been linked to the real-world Rain Queens of Balobedu,
***Storm is an excellent marksman with handguns, and is proficient in the use of knives. Storm is also fluent in Russian, Arabic and Swahili. As part of her paraphernalia, Storm carries a set of lock-picks. In an early appearance she was able to pick a lock with her teeth.
***Storm's physiology grants her a total immunity to extreme weather conditions and temperatures of heat and cold. She can see in near-complete darkness.
THE CAST
Jada Pinkett Smith as Ayesha
HawthoRNe
THE CHARACTER: The 1st mutant of Ororo's bloodline. She is marked with the hair and power possesed by Ororo. She does not discover this power until later, but as the story mentions, she is hailed by her tribe rather than hated.
THE ACTOR: I was looking for an empowered woman who would be the biggest actress of the bunch as a way to sell the movie from the get-go.

Couldn't find a pic of the character
Joy Bryant as N'Dare
Parenthood
THE CHARACTER: A Kenyan princess who met and married David Munroe. They moved to Manhattan together. When Storm was about six months old, her parents decided to moved to Cario, Egypt. Five years after moving to Cario, N'Dare's home was bombed. The bomb killed N'Dare and her husband David.
THE ACTOR: I haven't seen Parenthood but I am familiar with her style and presence in The Skeleton Key. It is from that I chose her for the Kenyan princess. I believe her look is perfect for the role.
Chiwetelu Umeadi as David Munroe
Four Brothers
THE CHARACTER: A photojournalist who fell in love and later married N'Dare. Together they traveled back to Manhattan. Shortly after the birth of there only child they moved to Cario. David and his wife N'Dare were killed by a bomb.
THE ACTOR: That was such an awesome movie and he played the part great. He went from strong to scared and it was very believable. I would love to see him carry that into the scene in which he and his wife die. His pain would come not from his death but from not being able to save his wife or buried child.
Yara Shahidi as 11-year-old-Storm
Imagine That
THE CHARACTER: Trapped beneath rubble after her parents demise, the young girl would become a street-dwelling thief.
THE ACTOR: She was my 1st choice and, fortunately, is the perfect age. I loved her in Imagine That and thought she was such a little cutie. I see this as the best cast in this fancast.
Arnold Vosloo as Achmed el'Gibar
Mummy franchise
THE CHARACTER: He adopted Ororo as one of his young thieves in Cairo, Egypt, after she lost his parents. He is killed by the Shadow King.
THE ACTOR: I like him a lot and, although I cast him as Ra's al Ghul in my Batman TV series, I think he would be a fine Aladdin-esque good guy as well, despite being much younger than the character.
Cam Gigandet as 28-year-old Charles Xavier
Never Back Down
THE HERO: Traveled the world after he lost the woman he loved. He met both Ororo and Shadow King. The later sparked him to dedicate himself to stopping similarly-minded mutants by improving his own powers and tutoring young mutants to help bring about the unity of mutants and humans. P.S. He's walking and has NO hair!!!
THE ACTOR: In spite of Twilight, I really like him. Not only does he personify the toughness of Xavier I am trying to spotlight but he bares a strong resemblance to the man I am currently casting as the modern day Xavier.
Tony Shalhoub as the ShadowKing/Amahl Farouk
Big Night
THE VILLAIN: The Shadow King exists as an entity of pure psychic energy that feeds on the hatred of humanity. It manifests itself on the physical plane by possessing the bodies of human beings. He is an entity of the astral plane that has existed since the dawn of humanity. For many years the Shadow King's primary human manifestation was a man named Amahl Farouk. Farouk eventually became a crime lord in Egypt, controlling the Cairo Thieves Quarter. This is where he met a young Charles Xavier. The Shadow King was seeking a child named Ororo Munroe.
THE ACTOR: Although he looks nothing like him he is a chameleon actor and if you doubt this, please check out a variety of his movies. Outstanding actor.
Lauren London as Storm
ATL
THE HERO: It's pretty much all above. I was the least creative in this story as it was all there for me to use (I changed a bit)
THE ACTOR: 26 years old. London is so pretty and has a strong presence and that's the most important attribute for the woman playing Storm. I've kept her in her mid-20's, She was originally born in 1950 and debuted in '75, so this is pretty accurate.
Lance Gross as T'Challa
House of Payne
THE HERO: T'Challa was next line to be the king of Wakanda and Black Panther, but until he was ready to become the leader of the nation, his uncle S'yan successfully passed the trials to become the Black Panther. While on his Wakandan walkabout rite of passage, T'Challa met and fell in love with Ororo Munroe. The two broke off their relationship due to his desire to avenge his father's death and to become the type of man who could suitably lead Wakanda.
THE ACTOR: Gross has always impressed me in that show. To me. he has the most range of all the actors on Payne. I've never seen a complete Tyler Perry movie as his movies annoy me to death, Gross is an extraordinary actor and would be great as a the Panther in a Storm-centric movie.
Idris Elba as M'Baku
Thor
THE VILLAIN: It's pretty much up there for you to read, isn't it? He would be decked out in the hyde of a white ape.
THE ACTOR: He is a great actor. He's also very gruff if he needs to be. I know he's the "popular black actor" right now but he fits so well here.
Daniel Craig as 43-year-old current Professor X
Bond films
Im sticking with the American-accented, tough looking, middle-aged professor from (originally my non-cannon Warpath fancast as well as)the previous Giant-size X-Men origins mentioned above
