PLEASE READ!!!! - No way do I want all of these characters in the next Batman movie. I am just sharing my pics in case any of them do appear in the next film. Keep that in mind. So, with that said, on to my choices!
Christian Bale as Batman. This is obvious, but while I am not a fan of his Batman portrayal, he is the perfect Bruce Wayne, and, to be honest, I can't see someone else as Batman in Nolan's universe.
I won't spend much time on the others who have already been in the Nolan films, so I'll simply list them now:
Michael Caine as Alfred
Gary Oldman as Commissioner Gordon
Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox
Aaron Eckhart as Harvey Dent/Two-Face
Liam Neeson as Ra's Al Ghul
Cillian Murphy as Jonathan Crane/Scarecrow
Now onto new castings....
Carla Gugino as Catwoman. She definitely has the sexiness for the Cat, she is around the same age as Bale (unlike some other suggestions **cough*MEGAN FOX*cough**), has an elegant beauty that would lend itself well to the Selina part of the character, and is a great actress. My top choice to play Catwoman! And tell me this comparison pic doesn't tell you she would be good :)
And here is the great Shaman's sketch of Gugino as Catwoman!
David Tennant as The Riddler. He is one of the finest actors I have seen in a while. It's a joy to watch him as Doctor Who (or it was, now that he isn't Doc anymore), and he was certainly more than villainous in his short screen time on Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. He is 6'1", enough to not make him such a wimp, has a crazy-ish look in his eyes that make him look like he could snap at any second, and he has said he would like to be the Riddler. What more could you ask? He's perfect, 'nuff said.
Crispin Glover as the Joker. Now I know what you guys are thinking, "Joker shouldn't be played by anyone for the rest of time!" And frankly, I think that is an extremely stubborn, close-minded, and unfair argument. Don't get me wrong, Heath did an absolutely stunning job, one of the best villains ever in film, but the show must go on. Can you honestly say that a future with, undoubtedly, tons more Bat-films, that ALL exclude Joker doesn't sound ridiculous? Joker is the iconic nemesis of Batman, he must be continued on. And no, it is not disgracing Heath's memory if another actor plays Joker. He was a class act, he would never want his performance to stop anyone from taking over. With all that out of the way, on to my pick. Crispin has the creepy, crazy look to him, is an excellent actor in his own right, and would make a fantastic Joker.
Javier Bardem as Bane. The dude is an amazing actor, and with a bit of CGI would be the perfect Bane. And no, he may not be as 'roided out as wrestlers, who many want for this role, but they can't hold a candle next to his acting. Bane is supposed to be extremely intelligent, cunning, AND strong. He's not just strong. Bardem could do all 3, provided a bit of CGI, while a wrestler would be embarassing at the attempt to do so.
Guy Pearce as Black Mask. Pearce is an amazing actor, able to do a wide variety of character types. Ranging from bad ass (Memento) to the gentler, quiet type (the Time Machine), he has great talent. Not only does he have awesome talent, he fits the physical requirements for BM, and has worked with Nolan before, in Memento.
Mickey Rourke as Clayface. We all know Rourke can act, as proven by Sin City and The Wrestler alone. He has the perfect voice for Clayface, and is in terrific physical shape for his age. What's not right with him as Clayface? Answer: nothing.
Karl Urban as Deadshot. Urban can play a great bad ass, but can also nail the personalities of his characters, as seen in Star Trek, and that would be necessary for the actor playing Deadshot. He meets Bale's physical figure, and can do stunts and all that jazz. Nothing more to say really.
Nolan North as Firefly. North is an incredible character actor. He is pre-dominantly a voice actor, but he does do some live action roles. However, Firefly is a character in a full body suit, it's sort of like voice acting with Firefly. Plus, fun fact, did you know he was Deadpool in the Hulk Vs. DVD movie?
Brittany Murphy as Harley Quinn. Murphy is literally perfect for Harley. She can play bubbly and frisky, but also crazy and off like Miss Quinn. I can't think of anyone better to play "Mr. J's girl."
Dustin Hoffman as Hugo Strange. I got this idea a few days ago, and I can't believe I never thought of it before. Hoffman is the best choice for Hugo bay far. One of the best actors out there, tell me he wouldn't be amazing!
Eric Bana as Hush. Hush was a tough one to cast, but I saw that HAWK cast Bana as Hush and, to be honest, I can't think of a better choice. All credit goes to him on this one.

Kevin Grevioux as Killer Croc Another idea I got from HAWK, sorry for taking them! I just couldn't think of a better choice again, he would be a great Croc!
Sir Ben Kingsley as Mister Freeze What more can be said about Kingsley. He's won an Academy Award. He fits Freeze's figure, apart from height, but I don't see that as too big an issue. He would be a
chilling Freeze! And he would also be an excellent Professor X!
Bob Hoskins as Oswald Cobblepot/The Penguin Hoskins can certainly act his ass off. He fits Penguin's physical description to the T, and I know he would do an amazing job as Penguin. He can pull off that look of higher class that Penguin sees himself as, and wouldn't be the same grotesque and off-putting Penguin from Batman Returns.
Eva Green as Pamela Isly/Poison Ivy I'm a huge fan of Green's. She is exceptionally beautiful, has great....er....assets, and, if you've seen the awesome Casino Royale, then you would know just how gifted she is as an actress. She was super sexy, intellgent, and a bad girl when it all ended.
Jim Broadbent as Ventriloquist Broadbent is an incredibly entertaining actor, and lights up the screen whenever he's there, for example in Half-Blood Prince. He looks just like Ventriloquist, and he fits his bumbling, squeamish personality perfectly.
Now that we've got the villains covered, it's time to move on to Bat-allies!
Ian Somerhalder as Dick Grayson/Nightwing Somerhalder has the perfect look for Nightwing, that dark, sharp look in his face, is well-built, and looks young enough to stand next to Bale and be a younger character. Plus, he's a rising star, and I think he has great promise/potential.
Logan Lerman as Tim Drake/Robin. This kid has some serious acting chops. He held his own next to the likes of Christian Bale and Russel Crowe in 3:10 To Yuma (an absolute classic IMO), plus he looks just like Robin as well. I wouldn't be surprised to hear a lot about this young actor in the next few years, he's got a bright future IMO.
Amy Adams as Barbara Gordon/Oracle I'd love to see the Oracle version of Babs in the Nolan universe, and I think she would fit right in, since she is Bats' intelligence source, and wouldn't be Batgirl. I went with Oracle because I prefer that character to Batgirl, and I frankly couldn't think of a choice I really liked for Batgirl. However, Adams is perfect for Oracle. She can do smart, sassy, tough, and looks like Oracle to boot. The fact that she's been nominated for 2 Academy Awards doesn't hurt either.
Mila Kunis as Huntress Mila is quite stunning to look at. One of the most gorgeous actresses of her generation. That's all well and good, but can she act? The answer, is a definite YES! She was a highlight in every season of That 70's Show years ago, and really proved her chops in the hilarious Forgetting Sarah Marshall. She can do tough as proved by Max Payne (I know it was a horrible movie, but she still proved she could do strong characters and action). Not only is she beautiful and talented, but she is a self-proclaimed geek! How awesome is that?! Mila is the best choice for Huntress, no doubt in my mind about it.
That's about it for me. Tell me what you think in the comments. Thanks for reading.
