marvel vs dc videogame
The two big giants of the comic book industry. Marvel comics and DC comics. They have clashed within the comics, there has been marvel vs capcom and dc vs mortal combat, but for years, I know many people who have dreampt of marvel and dc crossing over for the ultimate videogasm(lol). So, I present to you my ideas, feel free to coment yours, they will be duly noted.
each individual character must feel different from the others, which means no marvel ultimate alliance type thing where they all just have 4 special moves and are otherwise carbon copies in terms of gameplay mechanics, each character has to have the originality of batman in arkham asylum. each character must be 100% unique, in terms of gameplay, aesthetics, voice etc.
For instance, for daredevil, see things like he does, with sonar, so your screen comes out with that vibrating blue, and you can hear people sneaking up on you, and you must emphasis each individual characters particular element, highlighting their power, like how they highlight shapeshifting in prototype, stealth in splinter cell, etc. Like how with nightcrawler, you emphasis his teleportation, and with deadshot you emphasis the gun gameplay. each character must come with 2 alternate costumes that change at least a small factor of gameplay, or in some cases, completely change the characters gameplay. There is ninety playable characters in total, forty-five for each team. I am needing suggestions for DC as I know (slightly) less about them. There is elevin locked characters that must be unlocked for each team, and 1 for each team that you must complete the campaign to get.

Arenas:
there is 32 maps in total, 16 to marvel, 16 to DC, 5 are locked for each. The enviroments must be fully interactable and fully destructable. characters should be allowed to utilise their personal skills and powers on each enviroment uniquely, for instance, gambit could take a trashcan lid from a trash can in gotham, charge it, and throw it, or batman could use the side streets and alleyways of latveria to sneak up on his oponent. Each enviroment must be completely destructable, no more unrealistic stuff where putting explosive gel on window to a room you dont go into doesnt even dent it. everything can break, be lit on fire, be blown up, to the full extent of the comics. Also, keep in mind that these arent side-scrollers, these are 3D, fully maps, not backgrounds.

braniacs ships fleet (I know we have giant maps like gotham city, metropolis, wakanda and latveria, but this is most likely the biggest map. A primary ship, which would be quite large by itself, but, you can leave through broken windows, blown out walls or escape hatches etc, and battle on the tops of moving smaller ships around the big one.)

alternate costumes:
this is the least developed part of my plan, but keep in mind, rather than re-skins with this, it actually changes gameplay. For instance, captain americas shield agent costume allows him use of weaponry, and batmans owlman costume allows him enhances strength and durability. This isnt much, but its all I could think of
marvel:
captain america: us agent and shield operative.
ironman: warmachine and stealth mode.
spiderman: 2099 and symbiote (ricochet was greatly considered.)
wolverine: sabretooth, x-23 (1 is stronger 2 is more agile and acrobatic.)
hulk: abomination, don't have another yet
iceman: snow, spikes (hurts oponent if the oponent does one on one up close punching or physical attacking)
nightcrawler: azazel
jean grey: pure energy
dr octopus: ultimate (magnetic abilities, strength), female
green goblin: hobgoblin, new goblin (sword, outfit etc)
venom: carnage, antivenom
kraven: ultimate
loki: frost giant
sandman: mud monster
hawkeye: ronin
cyclops: havok
DC:
superman: supergirl, bizzaro
batman: owlman, vampire
green lanturn: sinestro, killowag
scarecrow: player specific (this would be very difficult to do, as it changes depending on the oponents character. It specifically features an aspect of the oponents fear, or weakness, for instance, yellow if the oponent is green lanturn or a high-pitched scream if the oponent plays as venom or even a kryptonite fist if the oponent is superman. This is the hardest alternate costume to unlock. No second alternate costume.)
Lex luthor: big suit (think batman superman public enemies outfit.)
joker: titan joker,
mr freeze: no suit, cryokinesis
ra's al ghul: talia al ghul
deadshot: stealthy
red hood: killing joke, robin.
^ really need help with these, keep in mind has to have a particular and noticable gameplay difference.
imagine games like jugganaut vs red hood, batman vs kraven or deathstroke vs hawkeye, those ones sound fun to me.
It should have a story, but I have trouble thinking of one.
So, what do you think, any ideas?
