My Joker Fancast

I know alot of Dark Knight fans feel the joker character should be retired from the Christopher Nolan Batman Franchise after Heath Ledger's death,But I disagree. Some of you may agree with my choice some of you might not but my choice of the Joker for a future Dark Knight sequel is.........

Yeah I don't agree with it. I like the actor but he doesn't seem like he'd be good for the Joker. And i'd rather have a quick Heath Ledger look-alike cameo.

Yeah he could replace HEATH, but is that right? I dunno.

He's a good pick though ol' COBRA COMMANDER! Damn they should've used the helmet or mask dammit lol! : D

Ya I can see that he kinda looks like him if you think about it and this whole thing about the joker needin to be retired I disagree with that very much I mean he did a great job but even though he died doin it I think that they should continue with it....it mightve been ok if it was like the riddler or someone but its the joker if they don't have him they might as well give it back to tim burton cause the joker is batmans only REAL threat most of his other foes are just cheesy side characters

I thnk he's a great actor! Check out a movie called "the Lookout" or "Brick". He can look very similar to Ledger at times. However, I just don't think he's right for the part. I am not against the idea of keeping the Joker in the series, but it'd have to be someone real good. But hey, when we heard that Ledger would be playing the Joker (admit it or not) we all were taken back by the idea and how wrong we were...I'm not afraid to admit that either.

I can't really see him playin the same Joker as Heath but he would work for a different angle/take of the joker

I think we need Joker back (How could Synder do a The Dark Knight Returns then?), but I do't think Levitt could pull it off.

Anil Rickly - You like Heath then? Personally, Val Kilmer's Doc Holiday performance in Tombstone totally eclipses Heaths joker. Don't get me wrong, Heath did a perfect job but all this "re-inventing the character" talk is plain bollocks. I'll give the guy the credit he deserves but not throw him up onto the pedestal, so many seem to want for him. Just my opinion.

ya program charlie is a good actor but he hasnt been in too much so i dont know how well he could play a psycho killer he can be a hell of a bad ass though

Joseph Gordon-Levitt would be a good replacement and sabretooth if u see g.i.joe he kinda plays a psycho killer

My choice, before Heath Ledger was cast had been Paul Bettany. But Joseph looks almost exactly like Heath, of course he'll have to be a great actor, But I havent really seen him in anything so I dont know.
