There has been a lot of debate for years in the geek community about who should and who shouldn't be in the Justice League film. I've always subscribed to the idea that smaller teams make for better films because each character can be highlighted. There is just more screen time to go around when you use fewer characters. My ideal team would be 6 heroes strong--similar to the Avengers. And it would pay tribute to my favorite incarnation of the team--Bruce Timm's version. That version not only had a diverse cast of characters and personalities, it also had a wide array of powers that didn't usually overlap much. Everyone had their place on the team, and everyone did their job well. It was just... FUN. I really can't talk it up enough.

You had Superman--the ultimate boyscout with herculean strength. Batman was his dark tether to the realities of the world. Wonder Woman was the strong heroine every guy wanted, while Martian Manhunter was the tragic figure no guy wanted to be. Flash was the everyman joker who added humor and heart to the team, while his best friend the gruff marine Green Lantern was the guy who had seen it all and still always came up to bat.

But this article isn't just about me. It's also about all of you out there. More than anything, I want this movie to be successful, so it has to have what most of the fans want--including the right roster. Who do you need to see in a Justice League movie? Justice League fans, unite and discuss!
