Vin Diesel Teases A Gigantic 'Groot' In GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY, VOL. 2

In a recent interview to promote the release of The Last Witch Hunter, Fast & Furious star Vin Diesel talks about what may be to come for Groot in James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2, hinting that we may get to see a gigantic version of the loveable hero...

Talking to IGN recently, Vin Diesel weighed in on what he hopes to see from Groot in the highly anticipated Guardians of the Galaxy sequel, teasing some very big changes for the beloved character. "I've talked to James Gunn about that. I can't give it away but I would love to see gigantic Groot. I'd love to throw him into a forest and see how much mass that he consumes after devouring all the trees. Imagine throwing him into Central Park in New York City. I just want to see Giant Groot." That sounds like a potentially very cool thing to see play out on the big screen, though it could be a moment best saved for the two-part Avengers: Infinity War, especially if this team ends up paying a visit to Star-Lord's home planet. Cool. It's crazy that Diesel showed more range saying 3 words than Dave Bautista did with all his lines. I hope Bautista doesn't suck too bad in Spectre.

I hope Gunn puts in multiple dance-offs just to piss off the whiney fanboys.

So, Jollum and Bekss are worth blocking. I don't mind differing opinions but obvious trolling is obvious.

This title is misleading. If Josh was hired to title movies, then we'd know who was responsible for naming a movie Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Something about the words "giant Groot" made me disappointed not to see any dick jokes in this comment thread.

C'mon CBM, you're starting to slip!

Nice, I was worried he might spend the movie still growing after what happened last movie. I mean little groot is adorable, but I still want him to be a part of the action scenes.
