In other news, the new 'Iron Man 2' trailer posted by Rorschach yesterday, rocked out to some serious action. I can not wait to see this movie in 2010!!

Hey can they use Daily Bugle, i mean they should, just like MARVEL, SONY, FOX, LIONSGATE etc should be allowed to use S.H.I.E.L.D if they so wish,, an i don't mean FURY before i get jumped on! : P

It's got to be Whiplash researching how Tony came up with his tech, to emulate it in some way? That whiplash footage was pretty damn cool in the trailer!!

@ Lee: I hope we see a full armored Whiplash at the end of 2. From what dellamorte said, which makes a world of sense by the way, they could have Hammer giving it to him at the end of 2. I could see that for sure.

Something Stark has been hiding since 1969 (I'm guessing something about his dad) will be revealed and Tony will have to confess he knew about it. Makes sense.

I think the secret is Tony and the Stark family stole the technology of the Arc reactor from Whiplash. I think they stole the tech and locked him away for years and ruined his life.

A lot of focus seemed to be on the mini reactor and in the first one they say the technology doesnt exist. is impossible to create a mini version. Yet whiplash can make one with less technology than Tony had in the cave.

What do you guys think?

Yo Folks,

Ivan Vanko has the Stark blueprint plans for the arc reactor. You guys think Vanko's dad was the original designer? No, I'm betting Black Widow (double agent) stole the plans for Vanko to exact the necessary revenge for some other grievance. I think this is part of Nick Fury's bigger plan to test Stark and enable him to advance his technology for S.H.I.E.L.D., the Avenger Initiative and a larger, possible alien threat.

Question: Did they say in 'Iron Man' how Howard Stark died? If not then perhaps he stole Whiplash's Arc Reactor tech and Whiplash killed him in response! In 1969 perhaps. That could explain why an apparant gueiniuss of the Kanye West level is in prison.

nothing official about Thor being in IM2, but one would think there would be a cameo other then Nick Fury, which really only leaves The Hulk and Thor. Here's to hoping!

I would've liked personally a HAWKEYE cameo in IM 2 myself (West Coast connection an all), though it is cool he's gonna be in THOR but THOR lol???

THOR though would be cool right at the end maybe after the credits somehow?

It would be better for Nick Fury and Ironman to be after the credits and Nick Fury discussing who is going to be in "the secret boy band", maybe not mention names but give a hint like a mystrious object discovered in Antartica and Fury shows Tony Caps shield and then it leaves it at that.
