The cover art for Justice League Dark is finally here, and yes, it puts Batman right in the centre. To be fair, it does sound like he plays a key role in the movie and using him to help sell it regardless of how much screen time he has is a pretty smart move on the part of Warner Bros. Animation. The studio has also announced that it will debut digitally on January 24th, 2017 and on DVD and Blu-ray on February 7th, 2017. With any luck, this will be successful enough to help move along the live-action version.

In Justice League Dark, Matt Ryan returns to the role of John Constantine alongside Jason O’Mara as Batman, Camilla Luddington as Zatanna, Nicholas Turturro as Deadman, Ray Chase as Jason Blood/Etrigan, Roger R. Cross as John Stewart/Swamp Thing, Jeremy Davies as Ritchie Simpson, Rosario Dawson as Wonder Woman, Jerry O’Connell as Superman, Enrico Colantoni as Felix Faust, and Alfred Molina as Destiny. Justice League Dark is directed by Jay Oliva (Batman: The Dark Knight Returns).

When innocent civilians begin committing unthinkable crimes across Metropolis, Gotham City and beyond, Batman must call upon mystical counterparts to eradicate this demonic threat to the planet. Enter Justice League Dark, reluctantly led by the Hellblazer himself, John Constantine. Like Batman, Constantine is a cunning, often cynical loner who is the best at his chosen profession – but quickly realizes the sinister forces plaguing the planet will require help from other supernatural alliances. Forming a new “league” with sorceress Zatanna, otherworldly Deadman, and Jason Blood and his powerful alter ego Etrigan the Demon, this team of Dark Arts specialists must unravel the mystery of Earth’s supernatural plague and contend with the rising, powerful villainous forces behind the siege – before it’s too late for all of mankind.

No.....

I dont care, [frick] BATMAN BEING FRONT AND CENTER! [frick] IT! I'm not crying over this, but come on, John should be the lead here.

He should be front and center.

Constantine should have been the main on the cover. He seemed like the more interesting character in the trailer and the trailer seemed to focus on people needing his help. Batman was honestly bland and uninteresting in the trailer - just the same as we've always seen him.

Constantine was even doing his magic so it would be a great idea for them to have him doing magic on the cover front and centre. Plus some of his spells have a similar effect to Doctor Strange so they could attract more fans by having an image of him doing magic

@ComicsBornAndBred - It's not a huge deal. They did the same thing for Assault on Arkham. At least they didn't add a BATMAN title to this one. And Assault on Arkham was definitely a Suicide Squad film, not a Batman film.

@ComicsBornAndBred - I hope the rumors about colin farrell in JL are true because I could easily see him making a cameo as Constantine. First hope that JL doesn't suck though haha
