Evidence continues to mount that the "Snyder Cut" of
Justice League not only exists but is much closer to being finished than we ever realised. While
Aquaman star Jason Momoa recently talked about his desire for fans to see that version of Zack Snyder's DC Comics adaptation, VFX supervisors John Desjardin and Bryan Hirota have now also weighed in.
"Many VFX shots are complete, some percentage were various stages of completion, from early postvis to almost done (but not quite)," Desjardin revealed, with Hirota adding, "I'd concur."
Recently, composer Junkie XL confirmed that he'd completed his score for Justice League before Joss Whedon replaced him with Danny Elfman, while cinematographer Fabian Wagner continues to thank fans for their support on social media. With all this in mind, it really doesn't seem like it would take much for Warner Bros. to, well, #ReleaseTheSnyderCut!
Throw in the fact that Snyder himself continues to release various pieces of concept art and teases via his Vero account, and it's clear that the discourse surrounding the "Snyder Cut" isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
Do you guys think we'll ever get to see the original version of Justice League?
