JUSTICE LEAGUE Blu-ray Will Feature "The Return Of Superman" But No Other Deleted/Extended Scenes

Justice League hits Digital HD on February 13th and Blu-ray one month later and while Warner Bros. confirms we're getting plenty of featurettes, a long list of deleted/extended scenes will not be present.

It was confirmed earlier today that Justice League will be released on Digital HD on February 13th and DVD and Blu-ray on March 13th. That's exciting news for fans of the DC Comics adaptation but what about the special features? Well, there's going to be a lot of them but not the ones you hoped for!

As you can see below, Justice League will boast a very (VERY) long list of featurettes, none of which will revolve around the work which went into digitally removed Henry Cavill's Mission: Impossible moustache. There's also no gag reel so you can forget about seeing it there too and those of you hoping for a plethora of deleted and extended scenes are definitely going to be disappointed.

Those bonus scenes promised by the trailer will be "The Return of Superman" and it's probably safe to assume that we're going to see the Man of Steel retrieve his suit before joining the fight against Steppenwolf. That could be thirty seconds long or three minutes but it's unlikely to make much of a difference, especially when there are so many other scenes fans are desperate to see from the movie.

It's possible Warner Bros. is holding back for a director's cut somewhere down the line but it doesn't seem likely, especially after the movie disappointed at the box office. As a result, those missing scenes shot by Zack Snyder will probably never see the light of day. We'll just have to wait and see for now.
