There have been rumours about Werewolf by Night making his Marvel Cinematic Universe debut in Moon Knight for quite some time now, which does make sense given the show's apparent horror vibe.
While it was the typical online "scoopers" who shared those reports, the Hollywood trades recently revealed that a Disney+ Halloween special is in the works from Marvel Studios that is expected to bring this character into live-action. It was mentioned at the time that the hunt is on for a "Latino male in his 30s," and we may now have an idea of who is at the top of Kevin Feige's list.
According to a rumour shared by CBR, Hamilton and In The Heights star Anthony Ramos is a top contender to undergo this monstrous transformation in the MCU.
The actor has already landed the lead role in the next Transformers movie, and it's looking like studios have recognised what a talent Ramos is. If anything is going to put him on the map, then it should be fighting alongside Autobots before joining the MCU in what could be a major role.
There have been two versions of Werewolf by Night in the comic books. The first was Jack Russell, an adventurer whose cursed bloodline gave him the power to transform into a werewolf at will. Jake Gomez later discovered he had a similar curse, though his story was focused more on Native American mythology than Russell's Transylvanian roots. It's unclear which version we'll see in the MCU, though it could end up being a combination of both characters or even an entirely new one.
