Happy birthday Stan Lee! For those out there that do not know who Stan Lee is... Wikipedia it, and then walk into traffic!

Stan Lee was born December 28th, 1922 in New York City. Stan's first published work was Captain America Comics #3. He served in the Army shortly after, and then began his career as Editor of Marvel Comics. Along with artist Jack Kirby, Stan Lee penned many favorites of today including Fantastic Four, Incredible Hulk, Mighty Thor, Iron Man, and X-Men. He would later team up with artist Steve Ditko to create the mega-huge succesful Spider-Man. Lee became known as the first writer to bring the multi-emotional, more human characters to comics. He created characters that would whine, get angry, cry, laugh, and deal with High School troubles like the rest of us did. He was the first to make his characters touchable, and more relatable.

All in all, for an 86 year old man, he still seems like he can kick my ass... It's hard to beleive that a man at this age is still hitting punching bags, and generating such large sums of money, I throw up in my mouth just thinking about it. Congratulations Stan Lee as we celebrate your good life and properity, and we thank you for advancing comics to worlds we never thought possible.

Now... I'm sure you're already preparing a freeze chamber right next to Walt Disney? Hopefully... -saintc
