Netflix! the streaming site that has captured our hearts and made us couch potatoes of us all too, Netflix is a great place one that I enjoy a lot, having watched more than 300 series and movies in it since 2 years that I am a member BUT there is something that get's me very mad about Netflix but at the same time make me love it. So let's start looking at some reasons.

CULT CLASSICS...Sort of?

Grew up in the 90's/early 2000's you are in luck AND very FRICKED at the same time, did you enjoy Batman The Animated Series Well you are out of luck we only have the Half as good Batman Beyond series! , X-Men The Animated Series? HAHAHA nope! X-Men Evolution for you, Superman The Animated Series? Who? Super Friends or anything from the 80's nada, Swamp thing series? Teen Titans? Gargoyles? TMNT? Static Shock? The Tick? the popular Spiderman series? nope we have the crappy neil patrick harris one and a few other bad ones.

Altho they make up for some of it, by having a few Avengers series that are MEH (to me) and the fan loved series Young Justice and Justice League (all 4 seasons YAY!) A lot of big misses here and very little hit's

You can see the theme here, we have some OK titles in the animated department but the real classics are NOWHERE to be found, but what about the live action ones?

Smallville? The Flash? Birds of Prey? The Tick? Human Weapon? Wonder Woman? Batman 66? Shazam? Spiderman Series? Mutant X?  Blade The Series? NONE of these are present.

But We do have Arrow Seasons 1 and 2, The FLash, Daredevil And a few others are coming including Gotham But one big omission here is...Agent's o S.H.I.E.L.D. altho I do not blame Netflix on that one, the low ratings for that crap don't earn it even a second season on it's own, LOL at ABC needing Marvelites to BEG for season 2.

Now onto the Movies

Where's The MCU, The Start of the DCCU, The DC & Marvel Classics...even the bad ones!?

The Avengers? CHECK! but what's that? you want the complete Story? Well...They don't have any of the Hulk, Iron Man, Thor or Capt America Movies, altho they do have The 2000's First Spiderman movie, What that? The X-men? Nah none of their movies are here also don't look for Daredevil, The Fantastic Four, Elektra, Howard The Duck or just anything that's not the Avengers really.

But What about DC?

Erm...not really...MOS? NO!, well what about the Classic Superman Movies? Neither? well What about TDK Trilogy? nothing? ok Well What About Batman 1989? ummm, Batman Returns? ok ok well...ok I'm desperate I'll bite Batman Forever? Batman & Robin? WHAT? no batman no Superman? ok ok I'll calm down, surely you have V for Vendetta, Swamp Thing, Supergirl, The Losers, Watchmen, Road to Perdition, A History of Violence? Red? Red 2? NONE? What the hell I want my money back! not ever Green lantern or Catwoman? for 8 bucks a month I can't even hurt myself cinematic wise?

ANIMATION!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA

No DC Animated movies and only a few bad Marvel animated movies but no one watches those so yeah BUT you can also see 1 count them 1 Motion comic based on the X-men YAY! right? NO! HA! it's the uncanny X-men starting from "Season 2" which means it only covers the last 2 parts of the whole story LOL good luck enjoying a half ending comic without knowing the story or how it started.

Well to end my rant, the only thing you can watch comic related on Netflix and get your money's worth is The Avengers, a few DC Animated series classics, The Classic Hulk Live Action Series, a few minor good things you might find, I personally think Netflix is great for a few series like Breaking Bad, Sons of Anarchy, Arrested Development, Orange is the bew black, House of Cards , Parks & Recreations, The Office, my favorite non comic related series ever LOST and a few movies, but all in all, Netflix is NOT the real place for comic fans, unless you want to watch Full Metal Alchemist (Tied with DBZ as my fav anime ever), The Avengers 100 times or get into the fan fav. series ARROW and wait a while for GOTHAM, THE FLASH & DAREDEVIL then you might enjoy Netflix for other things NOT comic related.

Oh Netflix so full of promise but you still haven't gotten your things together, here's to the future or to HBO launching their own streaming service to complement the missing DC library with the few Marvel titles on Netflix.

Well, doesn't that depend from country to country? I mean, the whole of the MCU's phase one is on my Netlifx catalogue (minus The Avengers) and I live in Mexico. In time, more things will be on there I believe.

Fun fact: Netflix doesn't decide what's on their streaming or not. They need permission from the studios to stream each thing they have. If the studio doesn't want it there it won't be there.

A few years back they had more, a lot more Marvel cartoons.

I think that is how Marvel, Netflix series, should do an Avengers: Earths Mightiest Heroes season three. Give it too us on Netflix.

Thingas come and go on Netflix. I've had it for about 3 or 4 years.

X-Men the animated series was on there at one point. The entire series. So was Batman: TAS. So was Superman: TAS. Right now Justice League Unlimited is in there.

If you've truly had Netflix for 2 years then you should have noticed that nithing is on there forever. Current series that are still airing tend to stay on because new seasons are cinstantly being added. But when you're talking old series' that are done, they will eventually be removed and could possibly return at some point.

Also, you mentioned you've watched over 100 series' on it. If thats true, i would say you've gotten your money's worth....

Basically what im saying is jist because you missed certain shows while they were on Netflix, doesn't mean Netflix has never had them, and it doesn't mean Netflix sucks.
