Watch for Super Secret Movie Rules, a new VH1 series, that lays out the rules for making a good superhero film. Ten of the silver screen’s top superhero action movies are broken down and examined for what separates the best (X-Men 2, for example) from the rest (Captain America).

The music entertainment channel promises that its "insatiable celebrity fans, venerable masters, and irreverent comedians will analyze, re-enact, and philosophize on the greatest costumed characters and moments ever to hit a movie theatre…KAPOW!" Guest stars include Stan Lee, Tim Burton and Bryan Singer.

Check it out starting Saturday, Feb. 14 at 11 a.m. ET.
