Following rave reviews from the Venice Film Festival, 20th Century Fox and Walt Disney Studios have released an intense new clip from Ad Astra, featuring Brad Pitt getting into a moon rover chase!

Walt Disney Studios and 20th Century Fox have released an extremely intense new clip from James Gray's mysterious upcoming sci-fi space epic, Ad Astra, featuring an extended look at a moon rover chase as Roy McBride (Brad Pitt) and his crew get hunted down by Dominic Toretto and his crew what appears to be space pirates.

This extended clip will also be attached to IMAX screenings of It Chapter 2 this weekend and likely until the film makes its theatrical debut on September 20.

Additionally, tickets have officially gone on sale, so head on over to Fandango or your favorite online ticket seller to pick up a pair today!

While plot details remain murky at best, the film will see astronaut Roy McBride (Brad Pitt) traverse the solar system in search of his long lost father (Tommy Lee Jones) while simultaneously unraveling a mystery that threatens the survival of the entire human race.

The film stars Academy Award-winner Brad Pitt (Once Upon a Time in Hollywood), Tommy Lee Jones (Men in Black), Ruth Negga (Preacher), Liv Tyler (The Incredible Hulk), Donald Sutherland (The Hunger Games), Jamie Kennedy (Scream), John Finn (The Walking Dead), Kimberly Elise (Death Wish), Bobby Nish (ER), LisaGay Hamilton (Vice), and John Ortiz (Bumblebee).

This got raves out of Venice, Ehrlich gave it his highest grade. Can't wait to see it, love James Gray's last 3 films a lot. Brad Pitt's having a pretty amazing year between this and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood

Honestly really looking forward to this. Brad Pitt is one of my favorite actors and the premise of the movie intrigued me.

feels and looks sort of like 2001 - a Space Odyssey to me, but 2020 version.. obviously some sort of cover up going on.. guess we'll see!
