Entertainment Weekly have confirmed that Harry Potter baddie Jason Isaacs will voice The Inquisitor in Star Wars Rebels, the villain who is tasked with tracking down and taking out the surviving Jedi on behalf of the Empire. He's part of the Pau'an race and who exactly will be voicing him has been a hot topic of discussion among fans since he was revealed as the Disney XD series' first character. "He’s cold, he’s analytical, he doesn’t get angry," Lucasfilm Story Group’s Pablo Hidalgo told the site. "We all took care to make sure our villains have real presence and our heroes just can’t walk all over him. This isn’t like cartoons I grew up with in the 80s where you’d have the villain lose every week and yet every week we’d have to believe he’s some sort of threat. When The Inquisitor shows up, it means something significant and it’s a definite challenge for our heroes." Star Wars Rebels launches this Fall with a one hour special. Also below is a new featurette for the series focusing on the Inquisitor. What do you think?

I need Yoss's mental techniques to vanquish this prequel bullshit from my memory. So another series that will have no consequences outside of what interest the creators are able to generate for the charactors they introduce in this show. No thanks. Thought this shit died with Lucas's departure.

You are totally missing the point here. You are looking at each individual aspect of the character. I am looking at the sum of those individual characteristics.
They blatantly are copying a character that they have already done instead of coming up with something more original.
