There is going to be another season? I thought the cliffhanger ending would never be resolved. So this is great news to hear.

So did Netflix pay Disney to make these extra episodes or was these episodes originally planned but never was shown on tv? If Netflix payed to make these episodes I hope they get in contact with Disney and Warner Brothers to make a second season of Tron: Uprising and third season of Young Justice.

I love this trailer. Although there is one little thing that bothers me (and I know being picky, my apologies)....why did they change Korriban to "Morriband".

I'm not one of those people who needs continuity 24/7, I don't think a writer needs to be a slave to continuity.

But it seems like kind of a silly change. I hope there is a reason for this change, or if Morriband is just another way of saying Korriban in a different language.

But overall the trailer is great, and I can't wait for these to come out.

@ BlackIceJoe

Lucasfilm had already started work on this season when Disney acquired them. Disney ended its relationship with Cartoon Network and for a while it was assumed (if not outright mentioned by insiders) that the final episodes would air on DisneyXD.

Showrunner Dave Filoni said that wasn't the case and that though the episodes had been finished, they were looking for an appropriate venue to get them to fans. Home video was the obvious solution but offering the entire series on Netflix as well as these "lost" episodes isn't a bad idea either.

I'd almost forgotten how much I enjoyed this series. The best part of the prequel era happened on Cartoon Network.

@MisterPL

Thanks for the reply. I had no idea that LucasArts already started work on another season. Hopefully this will be great.

@Ekrolo2 Sorry man from here on out if its not in The Star Wars movies or television shows its not cannon that includes all of the EU. There will be a lot of butthurt from fans but lets all face it the EU is a clusterf-ck and needs to be done away with. If you want to research this on your own check out guys like pablohidalgo on twitter.

A few things:
1. Awesome!
2. Yoda gets his own starfighter? Interesting to say the least.
3. Along with number 2, this season looked like it was more of Yoda's story than the other characters.
4. Morriban? Are you serious? It's Korriban! I swear to god, if that gets retconned, I'm gonna lose it!
5. MOTHER TALZIN IS ALIVE!? Awesome! She was a badass character
6. I hope to see more of Palpatine this season, after Ian Abercrombie passed away (RIP), he was replaced with Tim Curry of all people. But for the one episode he was in...he was actually really good. Like, unlike his other roles, it wasn't Tim Curry playing a Tim Curry type villain. I actually thought he was Palpatine. When I hear the series was canceled, I was sad because I thought that's all we would get to see. But, now, hopefully we'll see more. And, I'm kinda interested in hearing what his take on the "Darth Sidious" voice will be.

@DCwanabe

I'm pretty sure they (Disney) is devoting a section of their research staff to rifle through all the EU material and see what will be officially canon and what is hitting the floor (Death Troopers was specifically listed which ironically enough I personally bought in DisneyWorld)

So...let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater just yet.

To clarify: Korriban is where the Sith Lords primarily trained, but that doesn't necessarily make it their homeworld, just like how the Jedi primarily train at Coriscant, but don't really have a "homeworld" (technically that would be Tython).

This looks epic and I'm grateful we're getting a final season but I'm still kind of biter we're not getting a Darth Maul arc, Bounty Hunter arc, and Ahsoka arc.

@Brady1138 are you familiar with the Old Republic era at all? (if this comes out as snide and "know-it-all-ish" I apologize) Korriban was home to a species called the Sith. When the first exiled fallen jedi arrived on Korriban, the sith species worshiped them as gods (this is explained during the Old Republic era, but it happens way earlier). The fallen jedi trained these beings in the ways of the dark side, and they named their new order-- the sith order-- after them. Centuries later, the sith species would be called sith Purebloods.

For some reason I have never been into these Star Wars tv shows. I am not really a fan of the animation style.
