Channing Tatum Gives Mila Kunis A Ride In New JUPITER ASCENDING Set Snaps

A new batch of set pics from the Wachowski's upcoming Sci-Fi thriller have popped up online, giving us our first look at Channing Tatum and Mila Kunis in character as they perform a stunt which involves the latter giving the former a piggyback, while they "scut" on the back of a lorry.

Jupiter Jones (Mila Kunis) was born under a night sky, with signs predicting that she was destined for great things. Now grown, Jupiter dreams of the stars but wakes up to the cold reality of a job cleaning toilets and an endless run of bad breaks. Only when Caine (Channing Tatum), a genetically engineered ex-military hunter, arrives on Earth to track her down does Jupiter begin to glimpse the fate that has been waiting for her all along – her genetic signature marks her as next in line for an extraordinary inheritance that could alter the balance of the cosmos.


Jupiter Ascending will be released on July 25th, 2014.

Is this a comedy? I actually really like Tatum in comedy roles like 21 jump street. but please keep him the hell away from action. It looks like a comedy based on what he's wearing

Both those stars are good looking and good actors. Yes I said Channing Tatum is a good actor! And as much as I liked Cloud Atlas, the Wachowskis have yet to make up for the 2nd and 3rd Matrix movies. Cloud Atlas fell short for me of being a masterpiece because of the dodgy make up work on the actors. I found it distracting and it would've been less so if perhaps they had used some Avatar-like CGI on them. This movie has a lot of potential and I'm glad to have it to look forward to. I want to feel the thrill and excitement I did watching The Matrix, so my fingers are crossed.

Tatum gives her a ride..darn,I was hoping for other types of pictures.

So far many comments claim Channing can act..he's a bad actor.

Place almost any other actor in his roles & the films improve.

Kunis is decent in comedies & should stick to those films.

I passed on Cloude Atlas, hated V for Vendetta (just go and read the graphic novel).

Can't remember the Matrix (is it still that good ?)

In fact the only Wachowski's movies that i truly liked was Speed Racer.

Well considering the makers are responsible for the matrix....I'm expecting great things. The matrix was a great cinematic experience still remember sitting in the cinema way back...awesome! @Jerry Blake yeah it still is that good!
