Otherwise, Riddick falls between two very different stools. It's not as tense or well told as Pitch Black, and it can't afford to be as lavish and weirdly baroque as The Chronicles Of Riddick. Instead, Riddick feels like an awkwardly constructed amalgam of both - a muddled, choppily edited B-movie that stumbles blindly towards a muted conclusion.

Well guys it seems that the new Riddick movie is bad.Will you guys saw this movie this weekend or will you guys watch another movie.
Riddick is rated R and opens in theaters this friday September 6.

Reviews / Critics are pathetic.

It baffles the mind of anyone with any measure of intelligence that people read / hear a review & base their decision to see a movie / TV show / read a book / eat at a restaurant / etc.

Anybody expecting a certain substance from this movie is going in for the wring reason and won't enjoy it. Someone going to see a short muscley guy beat a buncha people and monsters up while doing death defying feats in a corny fashion will get what they paid for. The people who made up their mind about this movie are already not going to see it. Not news, thanks though
