Star Wars fans will probably never agree on the prequels; some love them, most hate them, but these cool new posters by Eric Tan are awesome regardless of how you feel about the movies themselves!

Bottleneck Gallery will sell these The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, and Revenge of the Sith posters tomorrow from noon EST. Measuring 12 x 36 inches, they're limited to 250 editions apiece and will retail for $40 each or $140 for the set. Interestingly, Tan isn't a fan of the prequels either, so he went out of his way to find the best of those movies to display here. It's fair to say he succeeded!

"I wasn’t a fan of those films’ stories but I did appreciate the production design within them," he told io9. "With the prequels prints, I was able to add all the characters and vehicles that I felt were well-designed and could make for striking imagery." Tan has previously made posters for the original trilogy and would now like to do the same for the sequels. Those are likely still a few years away.

Which of these posters is your favourite? Be sure to let us know your thoughts in the usual place.

@HappyHater - Not in my 40's, 30's. I'm sorry, agree to disagree. i thought they were trash. Overdone, overacted garbage with too many special effects. The best thing that came out of it all was kenobi/Mcgregor.

@HappyHater - If you remove Jar Jar Binks, replace Hayden Christensen with someone who can act and be bearable to watch, and have a qualified screenwriter write Lucas' story treatment then the prequels would be pretty good.

@HappyHater - Most people think they suck, including people under 40. I'm not that big of a SW fan, and I don't love the OT as much as a lot of people, but even I think the OT is many times better than the prequels

@Elayem - This is all true. Driver as Ren is everything Christian should have been for Anakin.
