TERMINATOR: DARK FATE International Poster Gives Us A Closer Look At The REV-9 Endoskeleton

Thanks to this international promo poster for Terminator: Dark Fate (via The Terminator Fans), we have a much better look at the endoskeleton of the sequel's brand new robotic menace, REV-9 (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Gabriel Luna).

We still don't know a whole lot about the franchise's latest killer cyborg, but he's believed to be some sort of T-800/T-1000 hybrid. The trailer also revealed that he's able to replicate himself, which should make things very difficult for Sarah Connor and co.

Speaking of Linda Hamilton's returning hero, she features on Den of Geek Magazine's new cover alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger as... the T-800? We're actually still not certain what role Arnie will have in Dark Fate, but there's a chance he'll be playing both a version of the classic Terminator from the original film and the man who created it.

"Linda Hamilton (Sarah Connor) and Arnold Schwarzenegger (T-800) return in their iconic roles in Terminator: Dark Fate, directed by Tim Miller (Deadpool) and produced by visionary filmmaker James Cameron and David Ellison. Following the events of Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Terminator: Dark Fate also stars Mackenzie Davis, Natalia Reyes, Gabriel Luna, and Diego Boneta."

Terminator: Dark Fate hits theaters this November.

I really, really hope this is good - even with me not liking the trailer at all. Good news is test screenings went really well, so it sounds like it's bad marketing. T2 might be a top 10 all-timer for me.

@tmp3 - It will likely get reviewed better than it actually is because of the "feminism" angle that the director and studio are already massively pushing with this movie.

I like the images released from the movie more than the trailer itself. Hopefully the test screenings going well is true.

There's also a rumour that Tom Hopper is in this movie, with fans hoping that he plays an Adult John Connor

@SimplyAz - Tom Hopper's a talented guy. The test screening reports come from ViewerAnon, who's a verified dude, but test screenings don't always reflect how the general audiences and/or critics will respond to it.

Yeah, think we've been burned by test screenings before.
As always I hope for the best

Tell me about it. Think he'd make a great Captain Britain

This franchise has turned into a Terminator. No matter how hard audiences try, it just won't die.

Looks good even if it has that watermark pasted on it.

But I like more the cover featuring Sarah and our Terminator.

There are better avenues for this franchise to go. Live action action television and/or animation being the best routes.

I'm surprised they never tried to put it back on TV after how well The Sarah Connor Chronicles did back in the day.

@BlackBeltJones - You just reminded me that the only piece of Blade Runner content we'll get in the foreseeable future is that anime they're working on, since audiences failed one of the best sequels of all time

@tmp3 - BR 2049 is a masterpiece in my book and I'm stoked for the anime.

@tmp3 - audiences failed

Blade Runner was a niche hit. If you want to blame someone, blame whoever greenlit making a sequel with a blockbuster budget.

@BlackBeltJones - Agreed. BR2049 is pretty stunning overall. I was very disappointed that it didn't meet expectations at the box office. I put it WAY above something like Captain Marvel which, while ok, wasn't even closer to the same level yet made over $1 billion.

@Reeds2Much - To be fair, you can't make a movie like that for any less than it cost

I can't see this movie being good just for the simple fact those awful scenes from the trailer are in it.

Saw this trailer with Spider-Man.
Dead silence.
Just like with the “MIB International” trailer.
This thing is going to flop.

@tylerzero - I want to be wrong too.
But the statement by the director, alienating potential customers is always worrisome.
