There's been a lot of positive buzz surrounding Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse for a while now and it appears as if that was fully justified! The first social media reactions found their way online overnight and, well, it sounds as if this might just be the best superhero movies of 2018.

There's a great mixture of critics and legit Spider-Man fans here, both of whom fell in love with the animation style and the many ways in which the movie pays homage to the wall-crawler's crazy world.

We don't get any spoilers below, thanfully, but if you're looking for some insight into what to expect from Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, these are a must read because they point to a pretty nuts adventure which does Miles Morales justice and introduces characters we're all going to want to see a whole lot more of moving forward (it's a good thing Sony announced a sequel, then).

@Knightrider - Awesome, a commenter on an article about social media critics !! A person with even fewer skills who also doesn't have popularity, but feels the need to crap on people's work. Go you!

Seen it, it's probably the best Spider-Man flick, it and Spider-Man 2 could change back n' forth, to me better than any of the MCU live action films, Not as good as Fox's Logan but it's good, This, the Spiderverse spin offs, Venom and the other Spider flicks, looks like Sony are on to some money makers with no Disney/Marvel involvement.....................It'll be a long long time if ever that Spider-Man returns to Marvel. probably a new era of CGI animated Superhero films too.

@ARMUS - Hope they make more spideverse films rather than venomverse
