SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME - Fans Are Convinced They've Found More Evidence Of Another Spider-Man In The Trailer

If a couple of extra Spider-Men are set to appear in Spider-Man: No Way Home, then Sony is doing everything possible to keep them under wraps. Does the latest trailer show one of them in action, though?

With so much anticipation surrounding Spider-Man: No Way Home, it's no wonder fans are scouring through the latest trailer looking for every possible new detail they can find (you can read our breakdown by clicking here). However, there's one moment, in particular, that really stands out.

Of course, we've already told you about some questionable VFX that appears to confirm the presence of additional Spider-Man Variants, but did you notice this

That's just Tom Holland's Peter Parker reaching out to grab MJ, right? You might think so at first glance, but fans on social media are convinced the glove we see belongs to Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man. The design certainly seems to match, though it's possible Sony has inverted the design to throw us off the scent. However, it's also worth noting that the MCU's Spidey also has gloves like this.

With a month to go before Spider-Man: No Way Home is released, it's a little crazy that we're discussing gloves, but the level of secrecy surrounding the movie has created this sort of speculation. Watching the trailer, it is clear that some moments have been changed to preserve surprises, though.

There's no denying that the scene appears to be paying homage to Gwen Stacy's death in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, so this would arguably be the perfect place for Garfield's Peter to find redemption. After all, the loss of Gwen was his greatest failure, so saving MJ could help the hero move on.

Spider-Man: No Way Home arrives in U.S. on December 17 and in the UK on December 15.

All this speculation and whatnot really is sucking out any anticipation I have for this movie. Not matter what's gonna happen, it's gonna be wildly disappointing

If A.Garf is in the movie, then i have no doubt that he saves Michelle or whatever her name is.

Hearing Defoe as the goblin in the new trailer was more epic than i expected it to be. Man, Goblin and Ock were such awesome villains.

It’s Tom Holland spidey’s glove. I doubt that A. Garfield dons his TASM1 suit. Why would he?

@Vulture - To be fair, they can edit it out in the trailer.
