The Clash of the Superman Directors

Louis Leterrier, Incredible Hulk and Clash of the Titans director wants the job!

When "The Incredible Hulk" was premiering, MTV had a short interview with Louis Leterrier regarding Superman's possible return to the big screen.

"After Hulk, I was meeting different people and they said they were thinking of doing Superman," said Leterrier.

"I was never asked to do it," he clarified. "I just love those universes and grew up reading Superman."

It seems as if he is devoted to Superman's character. His devotion may be so grand that he stated interest in directing the next Superman film.

"One of the guys from Legendary [Pictures] has a big Superman in his office, and I asked what they were doing with it," he recalled. "They said they didn't know, and I told them, "If you figure it out and want to do something, I'd love to pitch something."

Since news broke recently on Superman's official development with Christopher Nolan, would Louis have the knowledge in reviving one of the most, if not the pinnacle of superhero beings along side Batman's master?

Gr8Valkyrie: "Clash of the Titans" looks great. Now just imagine the Batman and Perseus elements intertwined in a Superman film.

I'd support him for Superman. Though JJ Abrams still remains the best choice IMO. Leterrier would be a solid second choice.

I think It'd be awesome for him to be the director.Cause he'd probally give us the big action sequences we've been hoping for and he'd probally fuse something from the Christopher Reeve Supes or something,Like he did with the Incredible Hulk with the TV show.

When I watch the Clash of the Titans trailer, it makes me wish a Wonder Woman film would be done like that.

@kenny38606 hahahaha haven't you seen Xena: Warrior Princess? That's what you get when you combine Clash of the Titans with Wonder Woman!

Leterrier is a fine director and directs action
sequences very well! He may be a little weak on
character development but man he can sure do ACTION!

It would definitely be a step in the right direction
to get him to direct Superman and I for one would
surely go see it!

He should do Superman. Incredible Hulk was... well...incredible, if you'll mind a pun. And Clash of the Titans looks awesome.
