Here is the snap from the pages of The Irish Mirror. Apologies for the quality, I didn't have a scanner so these are just snapped with my trusty camera. Honestly the pic isn't that great anyway, hardly any quality is lost here.







It's not a proper look, but just going on what we can make out from the pic what is the verdict?

i think it makes sense being that superman is an alien that there changing his look to something more E.T. like. I know the hard core fans arent gonna like this but they have to open there minds to change because this character was created like 80 yrs ago or something like that so for him to be a power force in our current comic world he has to adapt. That is why i like the changes being made to supes recently and its about time for superman to grow as a character into something more then just the super hero in tights whos faster then a speeding bullet. i applaud dc and wb for taking this gutsy move and making changes on such a loved and established character who desperately needed an update. Along with the new 52 this was needed for dc so dont hate change just except it.

Mothman, you can see that entire side of the costume, are you actually trying to infer that just because it's blurry there is NOTHING that can be gleaned from it? I can see the gold and blue colors, the design, the Kryptonian gauntlets, the shield, the cape and the fact that Crowe looks to be about 300 pounds. And I'm pretty sure that unless you are vision impaired you can too.

Truder, I beg to differ. Snyder has only made ONE bad film and even that was watchable.

Good lord what a actor! Didnt even bother to loose weight or dye his hair black!
Oh well maybe this is one of those steps into more... "realistic" style!;)

BUT HONESTLY SPEAKING!! The only thing Superman movies needed was a more deeper storyline and more action! All the changes they have made for the style (even they are not bad) were still pointless.
Superman: Birthright combined with Superman: Secret Origin comics is how i see Superman. And that would have been perfect way to make the movie.
