The new movie in the franchise has gone back in to production in Washington D.C. Filming was stopped on Monday after a police vehicle crashed into the film's iconic yellow Camaro.

Here's the video of the crash for those who haven't seen it.

The officer was driving through the set to investigate a bomb scare. He was admitted to hospital suffering from minor injuries and the accident caused the film to shut down production.

Word now is the producers will be writing the crash into the movie. Not unlike how they did when star Shia Labeouf injured his hand while filming the second movie.

The news comes not long after producers were cleared of any responsibility following a different accident on the set last month, in which an extra's skull was cut open and was left partially paralyzed by a snapped cable.
