I have done some extensie searching on the internet and found numerous pictures that proves Megatron will return as a tank for the movie. The scene with his hand over Sam is proof enough, but I have found pictures of the toy that will be released.

the toy is nice... but (and i hate to be "that guy") the hand proportions have me a bit iffy. now the "claw" in the pic below the toy pic looks awesome but the other hand in that one looks... odd. if they took the claw from the concept drawing and the hand from the toy, it'd be cool. just seems a little, idk, off. ya know?

They are just trying to appeal to the "penis crowd" this summer. You know, everyone who is going watch Watchmen for some big blue man meat.
