It's Morbin' Maevin' Time!
The Boys will take any opportunity to lampoon a superhero movie, so we really shouldn't be surprised that Vought International's (Prime Video's) latest Tweet takes a little jibe at Sony Pictures' decision to re-release Morbius after the highly-derided movie appeared to gain a new lease of life on social media.
Of course, what the studio seemingly failed to realize was that people were really laughing at Morbius, not with it, and the Spidey-less Spider-Man spinoff ended up flopping all over again.
"#DawnOfTheSeven is back! Despite still being in theaters, we heard all of your tweets and will be re-releasing the film this week! Don’t miss your chance to re-live all the action: use code ITS-MAEVIN-TIME to get a discount on your second ticket until June 30," reads the Tweet.
We're not sure how much more mileage the show will get out of Dawn of The Seven - which began as a parody of Zack Snyder's Justice League - but we're looking forward to finding out!
