Two stars of the Walking Dead attended to car crash victims near the Atlanta set where filming of season 7 is underway, while they were out for a ride on their motorbikes. According to the TMZ article, Norman Reedus and Steve Yeun were first on the scene and attended to victims while waiting for first responders to arrive. This likely means that at least Daryl and Glenn were not the victims of Lucille in the season 6 cliffhanger of TWD, although it is possible one of them could be there filming for a flashback scene.
