We have seen several different incarnations of Lois Lane on the small screen over the years, but it was recently announced that yet another take on the character would be introduced during this year's big Arrowverse crossover event.
Now, That Hashtag Show has shared some new details which give us a better idea of what to expect, and it sounds like The CW will be sticking fairly close to the classic interpretations of Superman's iconic love-interest.
"The show is looking to cast a Caucasian woman in her early 30s as Lois Lane. Described as the daughter of US General Sam Lane, Lois is a tenacious, righteous and stubborn reporter who will go to any length to get the story and almost never fails. The breakdown reveals that she will appear in The Flash and Supergirl episodes of the crossover event, meaning that the Arrow portion won’t feature her."
Yep, that certainly sounds like Lois!
Whoever is cast in the role will join the returning Tyler Hoechlin as Supes, and Ruby Rose as the debuting Batwoman. The crossover kicks-off on Sunday, December 9 with The Flash, followed by Arrow on Monday, and then finally Supergirl on Tuesday, December 11, all at 8/7c on The CW.
