We learned yesterday that we may find out who will play Supergirl in the upcoming TV series literally any day now, but could it be Gemma Atkinson who will don the cape and tights? Spoiler TV point to a report in The Sun which claims that she's auditioned for the iconic role, and while the source is obviously far from reliable, an audition at the very least seems like a possibility. After all, you have to imagine that a number of actresses have tried out for this part, and that fact that the former Hollyoaks star is an unknown in the US could be exactly what CBS and DC Entertainment are looking for.
