YOUNG JUSTICE Season 3 Already Has 5 Episodes In The Can

The third season of Young Justice appears to be moving right along as prolific voice actor Nolan North has revealed that he's already recorded five episodes worth of dialogue for Superboy.

It was previously revealed that the third season of Young Justice will go by Young Justice: Outsiders whenever it begins airing (or should I say streaming) on DC Entertainment's soon-to-be launched streaming platform. YJ: Outsiders will anchor the new platform alongside a live-action Teen Titan series.

Superboy voice actor Nolan North revealed the news at last week's Awesome Con in Washington, DC.

The first season of Young Justice consisted of 26 episodes while Young Justice: Invasion was comprised of 20 episodes. If Outsiders has a similar episode count, the third season might  already be  20 to 25% complete.

@Deonox - True, but hopefully with such a large animation team they can get the animation done at a faster rate. Plus I'm sure they have been working on things behind the scenes since they announced the show (probably longer than that).

We'll see though, I do partially agree with you that we shouldn't expect to see much from them so soon. Depending on when they show releases, we should see some trailers a few months before then =D

@PrimitiveMan - You're absolutely correct but the only difference is that they're doing all the episodes at once (maybe?) So it'll take maybe an extra 6 months to finish those last episodes.

Young Justice has a huge fanbase,some is the same Audience who watched Justice League(unlimited) in the back day, plus new younger Audience as well

CN is dumb for that move

Most anticipated show for me , don't care about The Arrow-verse the Inhumain or The Defenders just give me Young Justice .

@Nightmare - I'm wondering if we might get a Damien appearance in the show? I would also love it if they introduced Superman's biological son, but I doubt they would do that... Especially with Superboy (the clone) having such a heavy focus in this show =/

Nice news. It's also amazing how fast time goes. It was early November when this was announced and now it's almost July.

Hopefully Season 3 is 26 episodes.
