“
We all have our role to play, there are machines in this world but not like us.”
HBO has finally unveiled the official San Diego Comic-Con trailer for
Westworld season three, which has been dubbed "The New World" by co-creator Jonathan Nolan, and the premium network has also confirmed the series won't return to our airwaves until 2020.
With a 2020 air date, it seems likely HBO will give the sci-fi series the coveted April premiere date that was vacated by their hit fantasy drama
Game of Thrones, which ended its run earlier this summer.
The trailer offers plenty of intrigue as we see Dolores - seemingly played by both Evan Rachel Wood and Tessa Thompson - adapting to the real world while being hunted by Delos. Meanwhile, Bernard (Jeffrey Wright) has been reawakened and may know of something - or someone - that could stop her and Maeve (Thandie Newton) is also back in the park, which has been upgraded to a World War II aesthetic.
