Tonight, Cloak & Dagger kicked off its second season with a mayhem-filled two-hour event, and if the new promo for next week's episode is any indication, the thrills will only continue to ramp up.

Despite spending most of tonight leading viewers to believe that Mayhem was merely the result of a split personality, the two-hour premiere ended with the surprising reveal that Brigid O'Reilly and Mayhem are actually two separate entities.

Now, as shown in the promo for episode three, Tyrone, Tandy, and O'Reilly will have to come to terms with this shocking revelation and figure out how to deal with the murderous vigilante.

Check out the exciting preview for Marvel and Freeform's Cloak & Dagger below:

Marvel's Cloak & Dagger — "Shadow Selves"

After learning about a group of young girls who have gone missing, Tandy and Tyrone look to see if they can find out what has happened to them. As they get further into their investigation, they realize someone else is trying to rescue the girls too, but in her own vigilante justice type of way. Meanwhile, Mina may have discovered a side effect to the big Roxxon leak.

Just watched the first episode - A strong start with Tandy and Tyrone's roles flipped circumstance wise. The chemistry between the two leads continues to be one of the strengths of the show.
Tyrone is starting to get petty good with his teleporting, not sure where they will go with his absorbing powers or if they'll develop that aspect of his abilities.
I like that the show hasn't just made them kickass fighters, that they are still basically just teenagers trying to right some wrongs.
Gonna check out the second episode later - but a good starting point.

didnt see the mayhem being a seperate version of her coming. it will be interesting to see how that plays out. im really interested to see how much voodon is going to play a role, espicially in the development of tyrones powers. his, more so than tandy's, seem to have a mind of their own

for anyone that is interested, marvel is putting out an after show podcast
