CLOAK & DAGGER Poster Teases The Heroes' Powers As New Trailer Is Confirmed For Tomorrow

Marvel has had mixed success with its TV efforts in recent years. While Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. remains consistently entertaining, ratings have never really picked up and the likes of The Defenders and Iron Fist were met with negative reviews. Then, there's The Gifted - a show no one seems to really talk about  - and the recently released and mostly underwhelming second season of Jessica Jones.

The question is, will Marvel's fortunes now pick up with Cloak & Dagger? The Runaways found success on Hulu by targeting a teen audience and the plan is for this series to do the same on Freeform.

On this new teaser poster for the show, we get a much better idea of how each of the hero's powers will be portrayed in live-action and it's definitely pretty close to the comic books. Some fans probably won't be happy with the lack of costumes but that could change as the series progresses. Marvel has also confirmed that a new trailer for Cloak & Dagger is going to be released tomorrow at
9am PT.

Are you guys looking forward to checking this one out? Let us know your thoughts in the usual place.

I'm surprised the #MeToo movement hasn't been able to put a stop to the "turn around and let us see your butt, honey" poses on these posters.

Listen to me very carefully:

Do not think that the suits aren’t gritty, real, or street-level enough for your show.

Do. The. Suits.

Hoping this is good. I enjoyed Runaways and I though Jessica Jones Season 2 was ok but I guess they had to come up with an original story for that one since Jessica hasn't had much in the comics for more storytelling.

I forgot this was even coming out. I wasn’t hyped before and... I’m still not hyped about it. I wonder if it’s because i don’t have Hulu ?
