HAWKEYE Featurette Teases Yelena Belova's Role In Tomorrow's Finale And Shows Her Battling Clint Barton

We're less than 24 hours away from the Hawkeye finale, and after Spider-Man: No Way Home, all eyes are on the Disney+ series to end the Marvel Cinematic Universe's year in style.

This new featurette focuses on Florence Pugh's Yelena Belova and includes comments from Hailee Steinfeld and directors Rhys Thomas and Bert & Bertie. Pugh also weighs in, saying: "When there were early discussions of if Yelena was going to come back, I did not see it coming that they were going to put me and Clint against each other. I think [it's] a really good twist."

Talking about what it's been like to go from working with Scarlett Johansson in Black Widow to Jeremy Renner in Hawkeye, the actress concluded, "It's been a really good first two years in the MCU."

There's some cool behind the scenes footage to be found here too, with Pugh and Renner having fun on set after squaring off as their respective characters. That's bound to be an emotional battle, especially as they're both mourning the loss of Natasha Romanoff. Hopefully, Yelena can forgive Clint because the alternative is that the archer won't make it home alive in time for Christmas.

I've really enjoyed the series but it doesn't feel like the finale is tomorrow. Like there's still so much to see.

Only issue so far is Echo, acting and emotional scenes have been great but they've not given her anything to do or displayed her skills ("powers"). Would have thought they'd build her up a little bit more ready for her Solo series.
