WandaVision is coming to Disney+ on January 15th, 2021, and based on what little we know about the series, it's going to be worth the wait.
Clearly, the Scarlet Witch's powers are about to be explored in a huge way, and Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has said on multiple occasions now that he believes the character is the most powerful in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
"If you look at the Infinity Saga, I don’t think any single person has gone through more pain and trauma than Wanda Maximoff," he tells Empire Magazine in their latest issue. "And no character seems to be as powerful as Wanda Maximoff. And no character has a power-set that is as ill-defined and unexplored as Wanda Maximoff."
"So it seemed exploring that would be worthwhile post-Endgame. Who else is aware of that power? Where did it come from? Did the Mind Stone unlock it?"
It's definitely beginning to feel like Wanda is, in fact, a mutant and that Baron Von Strucker's experiments only "activated" the gene. Before we get to that, though, we'll be following both the Scarlet Witch and The Vision in their weird new sitcom surroundings.
"We go up to the Modern Family and The Office style," he reveals. "The talk-to-the-camera, shaky-camera, documentary style."
