VENOM: This Japanese Poster Might Be Good Enough To Restore Your Faith In The SPIDER-MAN Spinoff

Yesterday's Venom trailer certainly had its moments, but the general consensus seems to be that Sony's R-rated Spider-Man spinoff is looking a bit... well, to quote the titular beast, "like a turd in the wind."

That said, trailers aren't always a fair representation of the final product, so there's every chance Venom will still surprise us when it hits theatres later this year.

Plus, some of the marketing has been on point. Take this new Japanese poster for example.

Is this enough to restore your faith in Venom? Or did you think the movie already looked awesome and don't get all the negativity?
