People credit Sam Rami's Spider-man as the first film that kicked off the superhero craze that we take for granted today. However, they tend to forget that it was Bryan Singer's X-men that really kick started the whole genre. After Batman & Robin, Steel and Spawn nearly killed off Comicbook movies, X-men rolled around in 2000 and if it weren't for that movie, we wouldn't have the Superhero films we have today. Here's our review.

I'm not a huge Comic Book Geek, but the super hero movie genre has always excited me, and always will. I do not enjoy when people argue over CBMs like they're a religion, but i guess thats how most movie geeks are.
