With X-Men: Apocalypse wrapping up primary shooting last week, many assumed that would also bring an end to director Bryan Singer's numerous set teases, but alas, that is not the case.
Singer, who has uploaded several different teases for the film via his official Instagram page, has now uploaded yet another image, featuring screenwriter/producer Simon Kinberg, on a set that appears to be some kind of command base.
This latest tease seems to indicate that the U.S. Government will be directly involved in the X-Men's latest conflict, especially with Singer's tag #warroom. Since one can assume that Singer ISN'T referring to the recently released film of the same name, it would seem he is referencing a military base in which the status of troops can be monitored and maintained. Since we know Rose Byrne is reprising her role of Moira MacTaggert from X-Men: First Class, it isn't overly far-fetched to assume this may be some type of CIA Command Center.
What do you guys think this latest set tease means for the X-Men in X-Men: Apocalypse? Only time will tell, but make sure to sound off with YOUR opinions and speculation in the section below, and don't forget to share and hit that thumbs up!
X-Men: Apocalypse releases May 27, 2016.
