While having three X-Men movies comming out this year, the producer Simon Kinberg said to Empire Magazine the tone that New Mutants, the new film from the X-Men Universe is going to be like: "That’s more of a Young Adult movie" Kinberg said.

But he also said how X-Men: Apocalypse is different to the previous X-Men films: "This one does some things that the franchise hasn’t really done on film, you have a character called Apocalypse, who wants to do a different kind of damage than X-Men movie ever has. It’s the first time we’ve had a villain in an X-Men movie who could compete in terms of physical power and presence with Magneto. It’s an interesting dynamic to create."

Did they explain how there is a young Nightcrawler in the movie after we all saw an adult Nightcrawler in another movie?
Yet we see the young Nightcrawler almost the same age as the current Mystique (Jlaw) did she somehow accidently pooped him out and age drastically to meet her age status?

I'm so confused I need answers!

@Matador you do know that one of Mystique's abilities is agelessness, so she can physically be and look young even if nightcrawler doesn't. And how the hell are they almost the same age when Mystique is like 40, and nightcrawler is a teenager?

Gambit!
Fvck, I keep forgetting that movie.
Could be good, too.

Wow, we really do have 3 X-Men movies out, this year.

@SuperBond - Is Mystique 40 in X-Men Apocalypse? If so I had no idea I just keep seeing JLaw not the hot blue girl.

Even if Mystique is ageless in the movie you can tell; still weird though.
