Just a mere two weeks ago on the net, it was reported that original A-Team cast member Dwight Schultz would have a cameo in the big budget remake of the classic TV show. Now it would seem another original cast member will have a cameo in it. Templeton Peck (Dirk Benedict) is going to be in it,officially.

Benedict has just confirmed and announced to the website that he is cameoing in the new A-Team movie. Cameo role not yet known. The movie's currently shooting in Vancouver Canada right now.

The movie stars Liam Neeson, Bradley Cooper, Quinton Jackson, Jessica Biel, and Yul Vazquez.

Release date is June 11, 2010.

LEEE777 - I have the A-Team tune stuck in my head at this very moment. Oh man, can't wait! Will he play Bradley Cooper's dad? Hey you never know. That would be so cool. Hey it's just my thinking out loud.

@superdog
that would be awesome! Have the complete cast cameo in the A-Team movie. They could even have Hannibal appear on a TV or something, it worked for Bill Bixby in the Incredible Hulk

Thanks Lee great news. I am a huge fan of the A-team. Watched almost every episode.

(Ten years ago / In 1972), a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire... The A-Team.

I'm looking forward to this movie, I just hope they don't destroy it.
Too bad George Peppard Died. I would have love to see him do a cameo. :(

GuyFawkes, that intro alone is what sold that show for me. Then the suits got involved wanting to turn a profit and made it geared for kids. Bullets flew and no one ever shot or seriously shot. Things were fabricated together that should have taken many days to plan and build they put together in a matter of a few hours. I hope they fix all this and get the true spirit of the show and its context with this new movie. If it remotely smells like Starsky and Hutch, or the Dukes Hazzard movies, it will tank. I promise.
