We've seen the first motion poster for the upcoming adaptation of the Suzanne Collins novel, but check out this slightly different version just debuted on the film's Facebook page!

Inspired by the best-selling young-adult novel by author Suzanne Collins, The Hunger tells the dark tale of a 16-year-old girl named Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence), who is selected to compete in a vicious televised tournament in which 24 teenagers from a post-apocalyptic society are selected to fight to the death for the entertainment of the masses. Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth co-star.

OMG! everyone just STOP complaining...im so tired of coming on here just to see people complaining about something...especially when we HAVE NOT seen a trailer! It has a perfect cast, great images so far, and awesome posters. So why call it "lame"???? good god im worried for the future of CBM.com! i think it will be great with a good script, and action.

The problem is that Twilight has made everyone cynical about anything considered Young Adult of course I doubt that many here would read a book without pictures in it or if it didn't detail sex in some way for them. This has some very violent scenes and has some great drama and suspense as well, of course there will be the inevitable comparison to Battle Royale from someone without having read it.
