The premise of "Crisis on Two Earths" is borrowed from the 1999 Grant Morrison JLA: Earth 2 story, where a heroic Lex Luthor from an alternate universe coming to the Justice League for help against the Crime Syndicate, but it is not an adaptation of that story. The film is the seventh in the line of the DC Universe OriginalAnimated Movies line released by Warner Premiere and Warner Bros. Animation.

In the Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths animated, a good (For a change) Lex Luthor arrives from an alternate DC universe to recruit our Justice League to help save his World from a super-team called Crime Syndicate. A super-team with virtually identical super powers to that of the Justice League. What ensues is a epic spectacular battle of good versus evil in a super war that threatens both Earths and thanks to Owlman, he puts a diabolical plan to work that puts the balance of all existence in peril.

The Official Site doesn't have much on it yet. However, the WB usually gives out all kinds of goodies closer to the release. Check it out HERE

Finally, DC might actually produce a decent animated movie.

@ Stumblin
DC has had a couple of decent animated movies like Green Lantern: First Flight, and Superman Doomsday

Anil Rickly- You don't read comics... do you? On his earth, Alexander Luthor is a good guy and his Superman is a tyrant.

This might be cool, They're only telling part of the story here but that makes sense... (the crisis has been ongoing since 1984 and it's not done yet!)

Too bad though that they didn't get Kevin Conroy and Tim Daley for Batman and Superman... the voices sound wrong.

Green Lantern: First Flight was not good at all, the animation was pretty bad. And Superman Doomsday was equally as bad, sorry those don't cut it. The only animated movies DC has put out that I thoroughly enjoy are Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, Justice League: The New Frontier, and Tales of the Black Freighter.
