Could We See SPIDER-MAN Supporting Character Silk In AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR?
Another of Peter Parker's classmates from Spider-Man: Homecoming has been added to the cast of Avengers: Infinity War and fans are speculating that we could wind up seeing Silk in the superhero ensemble...
Avengers: Infinity War is already going to be packed full of superheroes but could one more enter the fray? It's unlikely but speculation is running rampant that Silk will be introduced in the movie because IMDb has officially announced that Tiffany Espensen has been added to the already massive cast.
She played a girl called Cindy in Spider-Man: Homecoming and fans have been speculating for a while that she could be Cindy Moon, a youngster who was bitten by the same radioactive spider as Peter.
The fact IMDb has asked whether "the name Cindy Moon" means anything to them has added some weight to the theory that she could be Silk and it would make sense for her to have to show off her powers here, especially as the leaked Avengers: Infinity War trailer pointed to the wall-crawler falling in battle. That would then open the door to her having a larger role in Spider-Man: Homecoming 2.
Alternatively, she might just be a glorified extra in the movie. We'll just have to wait and see but feel free to share your thoughts and theories with us on this news in the comments section down below.
