Marvel Games and Square Enix have officially debuted the trailer for
Marvel's Avengers and have set it for a May 15, 2020 release, which is considerably closer than anyone may have anticipated.
The game will take place within an ever-expanding universe with a consistently growing roster of superheroes, and Square Enix has confirmed that every new hero and world will be added to the game for free!
Based on the cinematic trailer, the launch roster will consist of Captain America (Jeff Schine), Thor (Travis Willingham), Bruce Banner/Hulk (Troy Baker), Black Widow (Laura Bailey), Tony Stark/Iron Man (Nolan North), and Hank Pym/Ant-Man (TBD).
Additionally, Playstation 4 users will get some added perks as they'll be the first to get early beta access (at a to-be-determined date) if they pre-order the game. There's also more surprises expected for PS4 users, but Square Enix and Playstation are withholding that information until a later date.

The celebration turns deadly when a catastrophic accident results in massive devastation. Blamed for the tragedy, the Avengers disband. Five years later, with all Super Heroes outlawed and the world in peril, the only hope is to reassemble Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.
