AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Hi-Res IMAX Stills Revisit Some Of The Action From The Recent Trailer

Marvel Canada made the announcement via Twitter, and although we're not sure exactly what'll be shown (clip? TV spot?), the prospect of any new promo material for this movie is sure to be met with a serious amount of hype.

What do you guys think/hope we'll see? Sound off below.

As the Avengers and their allies have continued to protect the world from threats too large for any one hero to handle, a new danger has emerged from the cosmic shadows: Thanos. A despot of intergalactic infamy, his goal is to collect all six Infinity Stones, artifacts of unimaginable power, and use them to inflict his twisted will on all of reality. Everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment – the fate of Earth and existence itself has never been more uncertain.

Avengers: Infinity War will be with us on May 4th.

When a big part of you would do anything to see more footage of this film but you also want to save all the goodness for the cinema

@BlindWedjat - Very much my conundrum right now. Show me more😳 But not too much😑 Uh oh, why did you just show me that😱

And with Black Panther so close I’m staying away from any further tv spots.

If you ever question whether or not Solo will be good, just remember that Infinity War has had more promo stuff out for months and Solo is being released 3 weeks after with only a logo and a production pic

@DannRamm113 - Hmm, maybe they just don't want to shove too much Star Wars down the GA throats. Since Last Jedi is still in theaters. Alone a good reason to have pushed back the release date.

@DannRamm113 - I honestly think it'll get pushed back a few months.

I think for Superbowl spot, make it 15 seconds and ONLY show the moon destruction part. That would be enough to hype everyone up.
