Will Marvel Studios return to hosting their own press conferences to announce their film slate and update their in-development projects? Something of that nature might very well be in the works.
According to Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige, after Avengers 4, there's going to be significant changes made. "Marketing's coming up with all sorts of things. How to debut [those plans], how to debut Captain Marvel, lots of opportunities for fun, exciting stuff coming up. And after Avengers 4, being less cagey about it."
When asked whether Scarlett Johansson's Black Widow was included on those post-Avengers 4 plans, Feige remained noncommittal. "There are a lot of potential characters that are among that list."
After Avengers 4, Marvel has confirmed and dated a third Guardians of the Galaxy film and a sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming.
In-development films (but currently without a release date) include Black Panther 2, The Eternals, Black Widow, Kamala Khan aka Ms. Marvel and Nova.
