Zack Snyder has continued sharing content on Vero and thanks to Batman-News we have a look at the first ever photo the filmmaker took of Gal Gadot after casting her as Wonder Woman. At the time, she was a relative unknown with mostly just a small role in the Fast and Furious movies to her name.

Looking at this picture, it's easy to see why she was chosen to play the Amazon warrior and in the background, there's also a shot of Gadot in costume. You may have also noticed that she's wearing a cloak which didn't make it into Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice but did find its way into Wonder Woman this year, a movie which Snyder was heavily involved in both as a writer and producer.

Despite mixed reactions at the time, Gadot has now proved that she embodies Wonder Woman and this is a fascinating look at what happened shortly after the actress landed the role of the iconic DC Comics superhero. What do you guys think of the photo? Share your thoughts in the usual place.
